Jade Bell Presentation Requirements
A) Technical Requirements to be Supplied by School
In order to ensure that Jade’s talk respects the time allotted by the school, the following should be made available and installed in the venue reserved for his presentation:
- A multimedia projector with speakers to project on the largest available flat screen
- A cable to connect Jade’s computer to the projector
- One microphone for Jade’s facilitator to communicate with the audience
- A VCR that will connect and play Jade’s videos through the multimedia projector
- If there is a smaller audience TV with VCR is adequate
B) Invoicing Procedure
Jade Bell will provide an invoice to the school, based on the audience size provided by the school, on the day of the presentation. Cheques should be made out to:
